Amir Altshuler, Adv.
Holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), University of Essex – England; Holds a Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.), Tel Aviv University.
Adv. Altshuler completed his internship and worked, between the years 1998 – 2002, in the esteemed law firm Rotenstreich-Gitzelter. At the end of 2002, he founded and established the law firm Altshuler-Welner, which later became the firm “Altshuler”. Over the years, Adv. Altshuler also served as editor of the Banking, Real Estate and Corporations Law section of the Israeli law site Psakdin. He has served on various professional committees of the Israel Bar Association. He served and continues to serve as a board member of the international attorney organization, LEI, which is headed out of London, and served and continues to serve as an arbitrator and mediator in substantial commercial disputes.
Adv. Altshuler has extensive experience in the fields of commercial, local and international law, as well as in real estate law. He represents and advises high-profile clients in transactions in Israel and abroad, in various fields, such as the acquisition / sale of corporations, investment agreements, trade agreements, merger agreements, etc., while leading a creative line of thinking outside the box. Adv. Altshuler leads and manages high-profile litigation cases, appearing in all legal courts in Israel (Magistrates’ Courts, District and Supreme Courts). Furthermore, he appears in arbitration in Israel and in international arbitration outside Israel and also appears in professional judicial tribunals.
Adv. Altshuler has many years of unique experience in the diamond and gemstone industry – working with giant corporations, working with site providers and site owners, in debt settlements with local and international banks, in ongoing activities with the Israeli Diamond Exchange and the World Federation of the Diamond Bourses and diamond exchanges around the world, leading insurance companies and syndicates in the industry, various gemological laboratories as well as in insolvency and economic rehabilitation proceedings.
Another unique field in which Adv. Altshuler deals is local and international trusts, in all their various aspects. Adv. Altshuler manages and leads litigation proceedings in Israel and outside Israel in everything related to the complex relationships between trustees / founders / beneficiaries and various protectors of trusts, in everything related to the protection of trust assets and in everything related to liquidation of trusts.
As part of the ongoing work of Adv. Altshuler and the other attorneys at the firm, substantial expertise in international litigation has been developed and refined over more than two decades (both in substantive law and procedure), including complex issues in the international jurisdiction of Israeli courts, foreign laws, enforcement of foreign judgments in Israel as well as cooperation between countries on civil and commercial issues. This cooperation takes place in the framework of the industry ties that the firm, and Adv. Altshuler at its head, has forged with co-office firms spread across the globe, including within the framework of the activities of the LEI organization.
Adv. Altshuler aims to spread a legal Iron Dome over the firm’s clients, with the aim of giving the client “industrial quiet” in its day-to-day operations and the day-to-day challenges it faces, as well as enabling the client’s existing or potential crisis management while maintaining daily routine and regular business.

Between 2000 and 2002, she served as legal advisor to the companies playsis.com and the Resido Group in the field of tourism and recreation, investments and high-tech.
From 2002 to 2009, she served as legal advisor to Queenco Leisure International (QLI), which was later listed on the London Stock Exchange LSE. In addition, she served as legal advisor to Y.Z. Queenco Ltd., a public company whose shares were listed for trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (Tel Aviv 100), and also held the positions of Secretary of the aforementioned public companies.
Sagit coordinates the firm’s capital market activity and also specializes in legal-commercial assistance of commercial transactions that the firm accompanies. She is engaged in mergers and acquisitions, including everything related to transactions with stakeholders, engages in negotiations with banks and institutional entities in everything related to funding / financing projects, coordinates the firm’s strategic thinking team in everything related to building a personal legal envelope for the firm’s clients, using the “tailor made” method.
Sagit has extensive experience in preparation and bidding in tenders in different countries around the world (England, Holland, Spain, Romania, Greece, Czech Republic, Sweden, Serbia, Austria and Cambodia), knowledge of competition and monopoly law in the said countries, preparation and adjustment of relevant companies for international tenders in tourism and recreation.

Adi coordinates the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, specializing in legal assistance regarding a large array of wide-ranging disputes, including complex legal issues in the areas of civil, commercial and international law.
Adi has rich and varied experience in representing private companies, partnerships and individuals in commercial and civil litigation in its various fields, as well as in providing ongoing legal advice and assistance to the firm’s clients in many areas of civil-commercial law.
Adi accompanies high-profile long-standing clients and accompanies factually and legally complex disputes in a wide range of commercial and civil disputes, requiring expertise in contract law, corporate law, the real estate and construction industry, as well as other areas of law such as labor law, intellectual property and defamation.
Adi is responsible for accompanying and managing international affairs, both in the field of commercial litigation and in other civil areas and drafting commercial contracts, which are conducted before various jurisdictions around the world, in cooperation with law firms around the world. Meanwhile, and as part of the firm’s international activities, Adi worked for several months for the law firm Vogt | Resnick | Sherak, LLP, located in New Fort Beach, California, serving as the firm’s branch in the state of California in the United States.

Adina coordinates the firm’s International Trade Department, specializing in commercial law, corporate law and contracts. Since 2003, Adina has been a commercial lawyer for a variety of clients, including individuals, corporations and partnerships, while addressing a variety of aspects in their local businesses and around the world – work that includes transactions, negotiating and drafting documents in both Hebrew and English.
